As part of a global WealthTech group, they deliver ESG ratings, SDG impact analysis, regulatory solutions, and data products to support sustainable investment strategies.

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Specialist (Italian Speaking) to join the ESG Data team. This role involves supporting the delivery of ESG data services to clients, managing platform and reporting functionality, and coordinating across departments to ensure excellent client experience. This position reports directly to the Head of the ESG Data team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise and work across multiple departments to provide 360° client support.
  • Deliver ESG Platform training, presentations, and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate service and product updates to clients in a clear and timely manner.
  • Coordinate and respond to RFPs and client requests about ESG data solutions.
  • Document new and existing internal processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in client service or operations roles.
  • Experience in client services support is fundamental.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian; Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of ESG and sustainability-related investments and data.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM tools is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Python and databases, and strong analytical/statistical skills are desirable.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and flexible with the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and deliver against tight deadlines.
