Job description

About This Role

The IT Technician is responsible for delivering reliable IT support and customer service functions within their school and other schools within the Foundation, meeting the needs of the agile service. This involves effective communication with senior management, IT staff, and students. The IT Technician will also participate in training and supporting IT staff to ensure high-quality customer service.

The ESF IT Technician will be part of the IT and Digital Services Team and will report to the Network Manager.

This role is based at Bede Academy (North) with support responsibilities at our nearby Primary site.

We have high expectations for our students' growth and development, and all staff serve as important role models in terms of attitude, work ethic, and diligence.
