Job summary

KONE is expanding its Escalator Installation and Modernisation team in the UK. We are seeking an Escalator Engineer to deliver installation and modernisation across various project sites, ensuring safety, quality and performance standards.

You will work with a specialist team, contribute to bringing new equipment into service and upgrading existing infrastructure, with opportunities to progress through senior and leadership roles in a global company.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Escalator Engineering or equivalent.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

We’re currently growing our Escalator Installation and Modernisation team and are looking for talented Escalator Engineers to join us. As an Escalator Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering the installation and modernisation of escalators across a range of project sites. You’ll ensure every unit is completed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance. Working alongside a specialist team, you’ll play a key role in bringing new equipment into service and upgrading existing infrastructure across high-profile environments. While our escalator team is primarily based in Keighley, our projects span nationwide; from London to Scotland. As we continue to grow, we’re building regional capability to support this expansion.
