Job summary

KONE is hiring an Escalator Engineer to install and modernise escalators across diverse sites in the UK. You will ensure safety, quality and performance on every unit, working with a specialist team to bring new equipment into service.

Based primarily at Keighley with nationwide project scope, you will support upgrades across varied environments and gain structured training and development within a global leader in escalators and people flow solutions.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Escalator Engineering or equivalent.
• UK driving licence is required.

We’re currently growing our Escalator Installation and Modernisation team and are looking for talented Escalator Engineers to join us.

As an Escalator Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering the installation and modernisation of escalators across a range of project sites. You’ll ensure every unit is completed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

Working alongside a specialist team, you’ll play a key role in bringing new equipment into service and upgrading existing infrastructure across high-profile environments.

While our escalator team is primarily based in Keighley, our projects span nationwide; from London to Scotland. As we continue to grow, we’re building regional capability to support this expansion.

To be considered for this role, you should have:
