Description

A career at Loftware is more than just a job – it’s an opportunity to help shape the supply chain of the future.

About The Role

We are looking for a highly organized and technically proficient Technical Program Manager to join the Office of the CTO at Loftware. This role serves as a trusted single point of contact (SPOC) for strategic and tactical initiatives that require coordination across engineering and other departments, as well as for internal projects of the CTO’s organization.

The ideal candidate combines strong project and program management skills with a solid technical foundation. You will represent the CTO’s office on cross-functional projects, handle early-stage escalations, and ensure timely interactions with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the liaison between engineering and other departments (e.g. customer success, professional services, support) to ensure timely delivery of enhancements, bug fixes, and technical inputs.
  • Support and drive cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the CTO’s priorities.
  • Proactively identify and manage potential escalations, ensuring appropriate action is taken before reaching executive attention.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates on key programs, risks, and blockers to the CTO.
  • Ensure effective follow-through on engineering commitments, helping prioritize critical work in collaboration with product and R&D leaders.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering operations, or similar roles within a SaaS or software company.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile practices.
  • Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and common collaboration platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Technical background or experience sufficient to understand architecture discussions and product implications (e.g., former engineer, systems analyst, or equivalent exposure).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a multi-product SaaS environment.
  • Prior exposure to customer success, support, or service delivery organizations.
  • Comfortable working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
