This newly created role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced pharmacy technician to join our innovative and passionate mental health pharmacy team based at New Craigs Hospital in Inverness.

This role will:

• Provide strategic, professional, and operational leadership to the pharmacy technicians, pre-registration pharmacy technicians, and pharmacy support workers within the team
• Play a key role in the day-to-day management of the pharmacy technical team, including performance management and appraisal
• Directly influence service development and lead the evolution of the roles and responsibilities of the pharmacy technical team to meet future service needs
• Strategically and operationally manage the education, training, and development of the technical and support staff within the team
• Provide direct patient care to support the delivery of a safe and effective mental health pharmacy service to patients across North Highland
