Job summary

Govia Thameslink Railway Ltd. is seeking an ERTMS Testing & Integration Specialist based at Kings Cross - Noah's Yard.

You will support testing of new ERTMS routes, traction and other systems and drive their introduction into service. You will work on multi-asset programmes, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and lead safety-focused testing decisions while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in ERTMS operations, signalling systems, or ERTMS onboard systems.
• Experience working on multi-asset major programmes.
• Willingness to work shifts including nights.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for testing new ERTMS routes, traction and other systems.
• Introduce tested systems into service.
• Collaborate with GTR and wider railway industry; promote GTR with external partners.
• Lead or assist in decision making during testing to ensure safety and reliability.
• Ensure clear communication across teams and stakeholders.
