  • Coordinate with PROMIS vendors, system integrators, and internal teams for configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Plan and oversee system interface updates between PROMIS and other systems as applicable (e.g., ERP, SPC, APC, SCADA, FDC).
  • Ensure that change control, software validation (if applicable), and system documentation meet internal and industry standards.
  • Manage test plans and oversee functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure robust performance post-upgrade.
  • Coordinate cutover planning, rollback strategies, and go-live support with fab stakeholders to avoid production downtime.
  • Establish KPIs and success criteria for post-implementation performance monitoring and stabilization.
  • Report regularly to project sponsors and leadership with clear status updates, risks, and escalation items.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management
  • Direct experience managing MES system upgrades, migrations, or enhancements, experience of PROMIS is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor fab workflows, lot tracking, tool integration, and cleanroom production constraints.
  • Familiarity with fab automation systems including equipment interfaces (SECS/GEM), tool automation, and real-time data systems.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and vendor coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
  • Hands-on experience with MES system configuration or module customization.
  • Knowledge of fab-specific tools and environments (e.g., AMHS, APC, EAP, FDC systems).
  • Experience working with compliance and traceability requirements in the semiconductor industry.
  • Understanding of database systems and integration middleware used in fab IT ecosystems.
