Job summary

Bangura Solutions is seeking an experienced SC Cleared Programme Director to lead a major ERP transformation, driving modernisation of Finance, HR, and Commercial functions within a government context.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing large-scale programmes, with expertise in Project Delivery Standards, HMT’s Green Book, and GDS Service Standards. This is a hybrid role requiring strategic leadership and hands-on delivery to ensure on-time, on-scope outcomes.

Qualifications

Proven success in managing large transformation programmes involving new technology services.
Desirable: experience with ERP systems (e.g., Workday), finance and HR modernization, and government assurance processes.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the ERP programme, including Finance, HR, and IT projects.
Build a high-performing, resilient delivery team.
Finalise and secure approval for the Final Business Cases.
Develop and oversee plans for development, testing, business change, and operational readiness.
Engage stakeholders and communicate progress to senior leadership.
Manage risks, budget, and programme dependencies.
Ensure compliance with government standards and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
