The position

• Analyse and optimise system processes to drive operational efficiency
• Develop configure and implement system upgrades and standard solutions
• Maintain and expand system interfaces and integrations
• Translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders
• Deliver first and second line support to internal users
• Ensure quality assurance and document all solutions and changes

Your experience

• Strong technical experience in ERP systems with Infor M3 being a plus
• Able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
