ERP Support Consultant – ERP Support, ERP Administrator, ERP admin, Administrator, ERP systems support, Systems support, Support analyst, Support consultant, ERP support analyst, Dynamics BC/NAV, D365, NetSuite, SAP, Sage, Infor, Agresso, JDE, NAV, BC, JD Edwards – Berkshire – Permanent - £30,000-£40,000

As an ERP Support Consultant, you will be trained on Microsoft BC/NAV software. You will support high-profile projects in the ERP space. There is potential for career growth into more senior roles as your experience develops.

If BC/NAV isn't your specialty, our client offers cross-training for candidates with ERP support experience.

This role requires on-site presence in Berkshire twice a week.

Key Skills & Experience:

• At least 1 year of supporting experience
• Strong Supply Chain background
• Experience with Microsoft BC/NAV or another ERP system
• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies
• Degree-level education may be advantageous

Main Responsibilities:

• Supporting BC/NAV projects
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly

• Building strong relationships and communicating effectively across departments
• Managing project plans and updating stakeholders
• Providing IT resource support as needed

Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
