COINS ERP Specialist

Inside IR35 | 6 months | Start ASAP | Walsall | On-site/Hybrid

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Application Specialist with in-depth knowledge of COINS ERP software. The successful candidate will play a key role across multiple projects covering integration, support, maintenance, and enhancement of the COINS application across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day application support for COINS users across various departments.
  • Support data migration, integration, and reporting efforts using COINS functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or escalate as needed.
  • Assist with upgrades, implementations, and system configurations.
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and analysis tools.
  • Support business applications and end-users effectively.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal IT teams to ensure system performance.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and SOPs.
  • Conduct user training sessions and workshops related to the system.
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving or extending system capabilities.
  • Experience with SQL or other reporting/data tools.
  • Background in IT support or systems implementation is preferred.
  • Knowledge of CVR (Cost Value Reconciliation) processes is advantageous.
