Overview

Are you an experienced ERP Specialist? Have you supported or overseen ERP implementations within manufacturing environments? Are you confident identifying system issues, streamlining processes and working with internal teams to drive improvements?
If so, a precision manufacturing business based in Alcester is looking to appoint an ERP Specialist to optimize and stabilize their recently implemented ERP system.

Role: ERP Specialist

Contract: Inside IR35, 6 Month initial

Start: ASAP

Location: Alcester (Site-Based)

Hours: 7:30 - 16:30 Mon-Thu / 7:30 - 12:30 Fri

Responsibilities

• Review, understand and optimize the existing ERP system
• Liaise closely with internal stakeholders, including Manufacturing and Demand Managers
• Work directly with the ERP provider to resolve technical and process challenges
• Ensure data accuracy across the platform (inventory, terminology, UoM, processes, etc.)
• Develop and implement new procedures and SOPs based on best practice
• Train internal teams on updated processes and system use

Essential Experience / Attributes

• Strong hands-on ERP knowledge (ideally exposure to multiple systems)
• Proven involvement in ERP implementation, migration or optimization
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Strong problem-solving ability and stakeholder engagement skills
