Job Description
Our retail client is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join on a permanent basis and lead the seamless delivery of Global ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 IT services, with a focus on proactive service management within a complex, heavily integrated ecosystem.
The brand recently launched the ERP programme in the UK and aims to expand this across various locations in Europe.
- Permanent role
- Hybrid working: 3 days in central London offices
- Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits & bonuses
