The Role

• Managing full lifecycle implementations of S/4 HANA in SAP Finance and/or Controlling
• Evaluating business requirements, identifying relevant SAP capabilities, and applying best practices
• Planning, preparing, and executing Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Workshops
• Designing solutions and adopting them for identified gaps and business process improvements
• Ensuring system implementation with near-/offshore team members
• Acting as a sparring partner for the client and managing project responsibilities

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO/FSCM
• 3-5 full project lifecycles in SAP FI/CO/FSCM
• Strong finance and controlling process knowledge with the ability to translate business needs into system designs
• S/4HANA project experience and/or certification
• Experience in international template rollouts is preferred
• Higher education in Economics, IT, or equivalent
• Experience in data gathering, validation, documentation, and communication for diverse audiences
• Broad business skills including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel for projects
