Job summary

Mentmore Recruitment is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead ERP and business change initiatives in a large organisation. You will manage projects from initiation to go-live, coordinating with business stakeholders, IT teams and partners.

Experience with ERP, Infor M3, and complex enterprise systems is preferred. PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is valued, and you will drive governance, RAID, and successful adoption into BAU while maintaining budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong IT project management experience delivering complex technology or business change projects.
• Experience with ERP or enterprise systems projects including transformation work.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT and business change projects through full lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project plans, governance docs, RAID logs.
• Control scope, budgets, resources, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Provide project reporting to senior stakeholders and governance bodies.
• Manage vendors, partners, and system integrators.
