Overview
As an ERP Program Manager at Capgemini Invent, you will lead complex ERP transformation initiatives that drive significant business value for our clients. You will guide the strategic direction and execution of ERP programs, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and delivering high‑quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end ERP program delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
- Develop, manage, and analyse program budgets, conduct cost‑benefit analyses, forecast impacts, and mitigate financial risks.
- Apply advanced program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) to oversee multi‑faceted ERP projects.
- Define and challenge project scope, facilitate scope‑definition workshops, manage scope creep, and implement change‑control processes.
- Identify, analyse and mitigate project risks, developing strategies that ensure business continuity and project success.
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration across IT, finance, operations, HR and external partners; resolve conflicts and align stakeholders.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure program success, analyse performance data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and execute change‑management and training strategies to support user adoption and smooth transitions.
- Engage executive leadership, manage stakeholder communication, and ensure effective collaboration throughout the program lifecycle.
- Translate client business requirements into actionable ERP solutions, enhancing operational efficiency, accuracy and compliance.
- Enforce delivery standards, governance frameworks, and methodologies to ensure high‑quality outcomes within timelines and budgets.
