Your Role

As an ERP Program Manager at Capgemini Invent, you will lead complex ERP transformation initiatives that drive significant business value for our clients. You will oversee the strategic direction and execution of ERP programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering high‑quality outcomes. Your ability to navigate multifaceted project requirements and manage diverse stakeholder expectations will be critical to the success of these initiatives.

Your Profile
  • Comprehensive Budget Analysis and Financial Acumen: Expertise in developing, managing, and analyzing program budgets, ensuring financial accountability and alignment with organizational goals. Ability to conduct cost‑benefit analyses, forecast financial impacts, and identify funding opportunities while mitigating financial risks throughout the ERP lifecycle.
  • Advanced Program Management Skills: Proficient in applying advanced program management methodologies (such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) to oversee multi‑faceted ERP projects. This includes creating detailed project plans, defining milestones, managing timelines, and ensuring compliance with best practices and organizational standards.
  • Scope Assessment and Challenge: Strong capability to critically assess and challenge project scope, ensuring that all requirements are aligned with strategic objectives. Ability to facilitate scope definition workshops, manage scope creep, and implement change control processes to maintain focus on project deliverables.
  • Risk Management and Mitigation: Expertise in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks associated with ERP implementations. Develop and implement risk management strategies that address potential challenges (technical, operational, and organizational) while ensuring business continuity and project success.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration and Leadership: Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and HR, to ensure cohesive program execution. Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and align diverse stakeholders around common objectives.
  • Performance Measurement and Continuous Improvement: Experience in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure program success and effectiveness. Ability to analyze performance data, gather insights, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Change Management Expertise: Strong understanding of change management principles and practices in the context of ERP implementations. Ability to develop and execute change management strategies that facilitate user adoption, minimize resistance, and ensure that stakeholders are engaged and supported throughout the transformation journey.
  • Leading ERP Transformation Programs: Manage end‑to‑end ERP program delivery, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects across various stages of the ERP lifecycle, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with executive leadership, cross‑functional teams, and external partners to define program scope, objectives, and success criteria, while facilitating effective communication and collaboration throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Complex Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with clients to identify and articulate complex business requirements, translating them into actionable ERP solutions that enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across financial, supply chain, and operational functions.
  • Delivery Standards and Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce rigorous delivery standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks to ensure high‑quality project outcomes, risk management, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Change Management and Training: Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions to new ERP systems, including stakeholder training, user adoption initiatives, and post‑implementation support to drive sustainable improvements.
