Stonegate Farmers in Lacock is seeking a Business Analyst to join our IT team. You will work across the business to understand challenges, gather requirements and translate them into system and process improvements.

You’ll participate through the lifecycle from analysis to testing, training and ongoing enhancement. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, document requirements, map processes and support the JD Edwards ERP system, driving efficiencies and better decision-making across Finance, Order

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Good knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and how they support different business functions.
• Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business and system requirements.
• Experience reviewing and mapping business processes.
• Understanding of Finance, Order Management, Warehouse, Inventory and Reporting.
• Experience supporting system testing, including test plans or scripts; strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good project management and organisational skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Understand requirements and opportunities across the business to propose improvements.
• Translate business requirements into practical system and process solutions.
• Support JD Edwards ERP system maintenance and enhancements.
• Map existing processes and identify efficiency gains.
• Document requirements, processes and proposed solutions for users and IT.
• Act as a liaison between operational teams, IT, developers and external partners.
• Develop test plans and scripts and coordinate testing.
• Support system implementations, upgrades and integrations.
• Investigate and resolve ERP and transactional system issues.
• Create user guides and training materials; deliver training as needed.
• Lead or support projects and process-improvement initiatives.
• Support reporting and data analysis needs across the business.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
