Experis Austria is seeking a Business Process Analyst to shape and embed future-state processes across an ERP transformation programme in the UK. You will translate system design into practical ways of working, ensuring processes are defined, tested, documented and adopted.

This contract-role focuses on bridging technology and business operations, with responsibilities spanning design, testing readiness, and change management to deliver meaningful transformation.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or similar in ERP, finance, or business transformation programmes.
• Strong process mapping, analysis and documentation skills.
• Experience translating complex requirements into practical business processes.
• Knowledge of financial and commercial business processes.
• Experience supporting UAT, testing, defect management, and business validation.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse ERP changes impact on business operations and future-state workflows.
• Document future-state processes, procedures, controls, roles and responsibilities.
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, process changes, testing activities and outcomes.
