This is long term contract opportunity with our fortune 100 life science client, we have been working with them over 20 years and you will be joining our team of 80+ professionals.

This role is based in Massachusetts, Northshore area, and requires someone on-site 4 days/week.

ERP Platform Product Analyst – SAP S/4HANA

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven ERP Platform Product Analyst to join our Heart Recovery IT. In this high-impact role, you will act as the right hand to the ERP Platform Owner, helping to lead and evolve our SAP S/4HANA platform in support of Supply Chain and Finance operations. You’ll help shape long-term ERP strategy while ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day operations in a business growing double digits and saving lives every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the ERP Platform Owner to define platform strategy and roadmap across Supply Chain and Finance domains.
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and functional designs—while managing scope, value, and delivery.
  • Coordinate testing, training, cutovers, and documentation across multiple ERP releases in a regulated MedTech environment.
  • Lead day-to-day ERP operations in partnership with support teams, ensuring system reliability, performance, and user satisfaction.
  • Maintain alignment with SOX, GRC, GxP and compliance needs; contribute to system validation documentation.
  • Act as the ERP representative in cross-functional initiatives and serve as delegate for the Platform Owner when needed.
  • Interface with product squads, business users, data teams, and enterprise architects to ensure integration and platform coherence.
  • Monitor and report KPIs for ERP performance, backlog health, business impact, and system adoption.

Note: This role works in close partnership with a dedicated Scrum Master. Role will focus on business alignment, functional ownership, and platform performance—not agile process facilitation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience working with SAP in a Supply Chain setting, including S/4HANA.
  • Understanding of SAP modules such as MM, PP, SD, FI/CO, WM, and QM.
  • Strong understanding of ERP processes across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and how they integrate with Finance.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Finance business processes (e.g., Controlling, Fixed Assets, AP/AR, Costing).
  • Proven ability to lead across both strategic platform evolution and day-to-day operational delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills—able to partner with IT, business, and vendors alike.
  • Experience in a regulated environment with working knowledge of SOX and GRC requirements.
  • Ability to proactively anticipate issues, identify opportunities, and operate independently with minimal direction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
