A leading beverage company seeks an ERP OCM Delivery Lead to spearhead a global transformation program starting September 2025. This senior role will coordinate change management across regions, ensuring effective adoption of new systems and processes. Your Purpose
We are embarking on one of the most ambitious transformation programmes in our history— which includes implementing a global S/4HANA ERP system. As the ERP OCM Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading organisational change management (OCM) across the Division and UK, ensuring successful adoption and embedding of new systems, processes, and ways of working.
Starting in September 2025, this senior role will lead the EMEA/APAC change journey in close collaboration with the Global (based in North America) and Central/Eastern European OCM teams. You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing the change strategy, coaching leaders, and ensuring that our people are ready, equipped, and supported throughout the transformation.
