Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ERP Methods and Tools Manager to lead the development and management of SSGB's tools and methodologies related to ERP. This role involves shaping and executing the Supply Chain strategy, ensuring system and tool alignment with business goals, and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, technical ERP expertise, and collaboration skills to optimize business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure proper application and compliance with procedures within the scope.
  2. Collaborate with leaders to develop transformation plans for continuous improvement.
  3. Promote best practices in Supply Chain and ERP organization-wide.
  4. Manage KPIs and develop actionable plans with department managers.
  5. Create dashboards for supply chain activity monitoring.
  6. Enhance training plans and skill development initiatives.
  7. Lead training of ERP key users and Supply Chain teams.
  8. Participate in Safran networks and benchmarking activities.
  9. Oversee ERP service improvement projects.
Job Requirements
Skills and Knowledge
  • ERP best practices and Supply Chain standards knowledge.
  • Proficiency in ERP mechanics and office automation.
Experience
  • Successful delivery of supply chain improvement projects.
  • Strong communication and activity tracking skills.

Qualifications
