Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver M&A technology programs and due diligence, focusing on ERP implications.
- Support clients through technology programs related to acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-outs, focusing on ERP system implementation, separation, and integration.
- Provide deep insights and recommendations based on experience.
- Oversee ERP data migration projects and coordinate with third-party vendors.
- Engage with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
- Develop ERP-focused products and revenue streams.
- Manage engagement quality and risk.
Requirements:
- Deep expertise in at least one ERP system: SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Significant experience in consulting or industry, with ERP exposure in an M&A environment.
- Knowledge in ERP implementation/support, integrations, architecture, due diligence, IT organization design, and transitional services.
- Understanding of the deal lifecycle and technology's role.
- Leadership in client meetings and team management.
