We handle all aspects of technology related to M&A transactions, including strategy, digital, apps, infrastructure, cloud, operating models, data, cyber, RPA, and post-deal integration and review of technology spend.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver M&A technology programs and due diligence, focusing on ERP implications.
• Support clients through technology programs related to acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-outs, focusing on ERP system implementation, separation, and integration.
• Provide deep insights and recommendations based on experience.
• Oversee ERP data migration projects and coordinate with third-party vendors.
• Engage with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
• Develop ERP-focused products and revenue streams.
• Manage engagement quality and risk.

Requirements:

• Deep expertise in at least one ERP system: SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Significant experience in consulting or industry, with ERP exposure in an M&A environment.
• Knowledge in ERP implementation/support, integrations, architecture, due diligence, IT organization design, and transitional services.
• Understanding of the deal lifecycle and technology's role.
• Leadership in client meetings and team management.
