Join our team as an ERP Implementation Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. If you have a strong background in cost accounting, inventory management, inventory planning, accounting operations, or manufacturing operations, your skills are highly valuable to us!

As a Consultant, you will:

  • Take charge and lead customer meetings with confidence.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team revenue service goals, accomplishing tasks within budget and timeline.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively within project teams to meet customer-defined success criteria, achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve quarterly milestones towards developing product and consulting expertise.
  • Implement the software to solve business problems, driving success in the full project lifecycle.

The successful candidate:

  • Has a Bachelor's degree (Accounting or Business) and relevant experience in a related field.
  • Possesses strong strategic and analytical thinking capabilities, root cause analysis, and creative problem-solving abilities, using technology to solve business problems.
  • Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Can adapt to a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Has strong skills in troubleshooting and dealing with software functionality issues.
  • Is willing to learn the software Cargas supports and the businesses Cargas works with.
  • Has broad business experience in cost accounting, inventory management, inventory planning, accounting operations, or manufacturing operations, leveraging this experience to guide customers on industry best practices.
  • Is passionate about customer satisfaction.
