Ability to travel at least 25% is required.

• Manage ERP implementation projects from start to finish
• Extensive travel schedule
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions
• Conduct system testing and provide end-user training
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of ERP implementation projects
• Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ERP implementation
• Communicate project status and key milestones to stakeholders

Training:

Designing and delivering training programs on ERP software applications to ensure users understand how to use the systems efficiently and effectively. NetSuite .

Identifying training needs and creating instructional material to support the ERP system's functionalities.

Conducting training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to use the system effectively.

Providing ongoing support for system users, answering questions, and resolving issues.

These responsibilities are crucial for the smooth operation of ERP systems within an organization, ensuring that all employees are well-informed and capable of fully utilizing the system’s features.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Strong experience in ERP implementation, including project management, system design, and configuration
• In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and technical resources
• Willingness to travel to client sites, as needed
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Certification in relevant ERP systems is a plus
