ERP Finance Reporting Assistant

We have a fantastic opportunity for an ERP Finance Reporting Assistant to join our team on an 18-month FTC.

The ERP Finance Reporting Assistant will play a key role in maintaining data integrity, generating regular and ad hoc reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards. This position acts as a bridge between finance and IT, contributing to the smooth operation of ERP financial modules and aiding in process improvements.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00 and Fridays 8:30 – 16:00. We also offer hybrid and flexible working options.

Your Duties Will Include

• Ownership of weekly and monthly commercial reporting, providing timely and insightful information to key stakeholders within the group.
• Manage the promotional cycle, including pre-promotion appraisal, price maintenance, system integrity, and post-promotional analysis.
• Collaborate with the commercial finance team to prepare the annual budget.
• Support the commercial team with the monthly volume re-forecast.
• Manage discount postings with balance sheet reconciliations.
• Develop focused brand and channel P&L reporting.
• Support the team with ad-hoc scenario modelling.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
• High attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Inquisitive mindset, willing to challenge and improve processes.
• Working towards a professional qualification (CIMA or ACCA preferable).
