Overview

Epicor/ERP Technical Consultant — 12 Month basis. This role is on-site initially for 5 days a week in London and involves a hands-on, high-impact position where the Epicor ERP system is central to business success.

Responsibilities

• Apply Epicor ERP expertise to support manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Configure the Epicor system and resolve technical issues.
• Map, analyse, and optimise business processes to align technology with business goals.
• Manage external IT/vendor relationships as needed.
• Work independently in a dynamic business setting and adapt quickly to changing requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Epicor ERP, particularly in manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• A deep understanding of business process mapping and optimisation.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a dynamic business setting.
• Technically capable with Epicor system configuration and issue resolution.
• Comfortable managing external IT/vendor relationships.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on aligning technology with business goals.
• SQL or other development tool experience is a plus, but not essential.

Location

This role will require you to be on site initially for 5 days a week in London.
