Node4 is seeking an Engagement Manager to elevate NAV/Business Central customer outcomes and maximize system potential. You will build comprehensive Account Plans, understand customer needs, and coordinate with our Projects Team to drive change efficiently.

You will apply ERP expertise, drive adoption of new tools, maintain CRM data, and act as a trusted advisor across Node4 groups to deliver exceptional service and value to our customers.

Qualificações

• In-depth understanding of NAV/Business Central and its business context.
• Proven ability to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction through service and support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of influencing stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills with multiple priorities and change requests.
• Keen analytical skills to understand needs and develop actionable solutions.
• Familiarity with TNP software and third-party solutions; quick to learn new tools.

Responsabilidades

• Become the trusted advisor and primary conduit between Node4 and the customer.
• Build comprehensive Account Plans aligned with customer processes and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities and raise change requests to improve value.
• Coordinate with Projects Team to manage changes and track progress.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and keep stakeholders informed.
• Engage with customers to share updates, tools, and Node4 capabilities.
• Foster collaboration with internal teams to deliver seamless service.
• Keep relationships strong across Node4 groups and customer teams.
