We are currently seeking an interim ERP Deployment Lead to work with our global FMCG client Unilever, renowned for brands such as Dove, Sure, Persil, and Simple. The role offers an opportunity to become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.

The position is based in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey, with travel required to another office in the London area, possibly 3-4 times a week. This is a full-time temporary role starting ASAP and running until 31st Dec 2027, requiring 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation is competitive, up to £88,000 per annum, pro-rata, depending on experience.

The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to business needs.

About the Role

We seek a dynamic, experienced professional to lead the Cabinet (Fleet) Management and eB2B process workstreams within our global ERP transformation programme for Ice Cream. This strategic role focuses on designing, refining, and executing core processes to shape the future operating model across multiple markets.

As the Process Lead, you will collaborate with global and local teams to ensure the end-to-end design is future-proof, scalable, and aligned with business and IT requirements. Your expertise in fleet management and eB2B implementation will be crucial to delivering success.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end process design for Cabinet (Fleet) Management and eB2B channels as part of the ERP programme.
• Translate business requirements into future-state process flows, ensuring alignment with ERP system capabilities.
• Work closely with markets to understand local nuances, regulatory needs, and implementation challenges.
• Partner with BAU and IT teams to ensure technical feasibility and robust integration of solutions.
• Support the development of deployment toolkits, training, and change management materials.
• Represent the process area in governance meetings, ensuring issues are escalated and resolved promptly.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong expertise in Cabinet / Fleet Management—including asset tracking, lifecycle management, and field operations.
• Hands-on experience with eB2B implementation—preferably across multiple markets or geographies.
• Solid understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and their role in enabling core business processes.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex transformation environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• An agile mindset with the ability to move from strategy to execution effectively.
