ERP Database Administrator (DBA) - Abingdon - Hybrid - GBP50,000 pa + Benefits

Our client, a leading manufacturer with over 50 years of innovation, is seeking an ERP Database Administrator to manage and maintain ERP databases using Microsoft SQL Server. The role involves ensuring system availability, performance, backups, and security.

Daily responsibilities include supporting and troubleshooting integrated modules such as Doc-Trak, Shop-Trak, Bartender, and Salesforce. The DBA will also maintain ETL processes and scheduled data exchanges via APIs, SQL jobs, or middleware, manage user access, role permissions, and audit controls across systems.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience as a DBA or ERP Systems Administrator
2. Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (2016 or newer) and T-SQL scripting
3. Experience with Doc-Trak, Shop-Trak, and Bartender in manufacturing environments
4. Knowledge of Mongoose customization framework and REST/SOAP APIs
5. Experience supporting Salesforce CRM data integration
6. Ability to troubleshoot SQL-based and API-based data flows
7. Understanding of manufacturing business processes, ERP-CRM order lifecycle, and reporting
