Job description

We are currently working with one of our global clients who are implementing a new ERP system and are looking to hire a hands on Change Manager on a fixed term basis.

Responsibilites:

  • Lead change initiatives for digital transformations, including the new ERP system.
  • Use change methodologies to promote user adoption and reduce resistance.
  • Create and deliver communication, training, and engagement plans to support change.
  • Partner with project teams, leaders, and users to assess impacts and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Perform readiness checks and build action plans to support successful rollouts.
  • Define and track KPIs to evaluate change adoption and effectiveness.
  • Run workshops, training, and coaching sessions for key stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage risks related to change and adoption.
  • Offer post-go-live support and drive continuous ERP improvement.

About you:

  • Track record of leading large-scale digital and ERP transformations.
  • Proven experience in change management and organisational development, ideally at leadership level.
  • Strong knowledge of recognised change management methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills within multinational environments
  • Experience working across cross-functional, multicultural teams with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

This role offers full remote capability with occasional travel and a very competitive salary pacakge on a fixed term contract.
