ERP Business Analyst

Location: Wiltshire (near Chippenham)

Work Arrangement: 3 days per week onsite

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 base + benefits

Are you passionate about transforming complex business needs into smart, scalable solutions? We are seeking an ERP Business Systems Analyst to join our team and elevate our operations.

What you'll be doing:

1. Act as the go-to expert for ERP modules such as Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
2. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement solutions within the ERP system.
3. Lead system improvements, upgrades, and new module rollouts.
4. Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design improved workflows.
5. Write clear, functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams to develop solutions.
6. Manage testing phases, oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure readiness before deployment.
7. Train users, develop helpful guides, and provide ongoing support.
8. Help establish ERP best practices across the organization.
