Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in D365 implementation projects.
• Provide Level 3 user support for finance-related queries and issues in D365.
• Develop documentation and training materials for business users.

• Stay informed on new functionalities and developments in D365 FO.
• Perform any other day-to-day tasks as assigned by the manager.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of three years’ experience as an analyst or functional consultant in D365 Finance & Operations.
• Proven track record in IT implementation projects within multinational enterprises.
• Proficient in Microsoft environments (MS Office, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Solid understanding of accounting processes.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
