Job summary

AXIS Capital in London is seeking a Risk Analyst to join the Group Risk Team. You will help identify, monitor and manage risks across AXIS’s business, supporting the development of the enterprise risk framework and producing key risk reporting.

The role emphasizes data analysis, stress testing, internal model validation, and collaboration with stakeholders. You will participate in projects, maintain risk data, and help deliver timely insights to guide decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance core components of the enterprise risk management framework.
• Prepare and produce internal risk reporting materials (e.g. CRO report and ORSA).
• Support stress and scenario testing with data collection and analysis.
• Support Internal Model Validation with data, metrics and dashboards.
• Support Syndicate risk reporting with regular and ad hoc reports.
• Assist Group ERM team in challenging AXIS’s first-line processes.
• Maintain risk management system data to ensure completeness and up-to-date status.
• Participate in project work and deep-dive assessments of topical areas.
• Take on additional duties as needed.
