About the role:

We are seeking a System Implementation Advisor to join our EMEA team in London. You will analyze customer requirements, support and lead customer implementations, train stakeholders, and produce creative solutions based on customer needs.

This role is suitable for those interested in technology-based solutions (preferably in Risk Management), who are tech-savvy, and possess strong analytical skills.

Key responsibilities include:

1. User requirements gathering
2. Liaising with internal, customer, and third-party resources
3. Supporting Protecht.ERM client implementations and providing dashboards and reports based on client needs
4. Performing implementations for internal stakeholders
5. Creating customer-facing artifacts like presentations, project plans, data schemas, migration guides, and success plans
6. Building forms and workflow rules in Protecht.ERM
7. Designing and implementing improvements to clients’ Protecht.ERM configurations
8. Delivering Protecht.ERM training and facilitating client workshops
9. Providing supporting documentation for solutions

Ideal candidate:

An implementation professional experienced in multi-tasking, ideally with a background in SaaS implementation and a passion for risk. You enjoy engaging with customers, delivering excellent outcomes, and are eager to learn and take initiative. You should have:

• An interest in technology solutions/SaaS
• Project management and analytical skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Passion for risk and compliance management or willingness to learn
• Experience or willingness to learn SaaS environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Problem-solving abilities and creativity
• Strong interpersonal skills and influence
• Highly organized and solutions-focused
• Knowledge of JavaScript is a plus
