Job Description:

Amazon World Wide Ergonomics team is looking for a talented Program Manager to lead deployments in the UK. Responsibilities include creating strategic plans for network deployment, delivering engineering solutions to reduce Musculoskeletal Disorder (MSD) risk, and collaborating with various teams to drive MSD risk reduction interventions from pilot to network roll-out. The role requires resourcefulness, the ability to think outside traditional paradigms, and travel support (up to 50%). The manager will oversee multiple projects, coordinate validation mechanisms, and work across business units to ensure injury prevention and program success.

Key responsibilities include implementing scalable processes, driving automation and standardization, managing stakeholder engagement, overseeing project rollouts, developing deployment plans, coordinating training, identifying risks, and ensuring quality control. The team focuses on reducing MSD risks through ergonomic solutions, testing their effectiveness, and facilitating deployments to improve employee well-being and operational efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in line with the European Qualifications Framework (EQF).
  • Experience defining program requirements, using data and metrics for improvements.
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery.
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes, automation, and standardization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree.
