THE POSITION

Your role is to offer customers a unique and memorable experience to maximize sales and establish long-term relationships, in accordance with ERES standards and brand image.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Sales Consultant, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Brand Image

  • Represent the Maison ERES image, maintaining exemplary standards and an impeccable appearance
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador on the Boutique floor, ensuring a perfect welcome and high-quality service in a luxury environment
  • Share your expertise with customers and team members

Sales Skills

  • Master and apply ERES Art of Sale techniques
  • Have comprehensive knowledge of ERES collections and stock
  • Follow and achieve KPIs
  • Develop and manage the customer database
  • Support fellow Sales assistants

Operations

  • Manage the cash desk effectively
  • Ensure merchandising guidelines are followed, and counters and fitting rooms are tidy
  • Participate in receiving goods, stock management, and boutique reorders

PROFILE

Previous experience in a similar role within fashion retail is advantageous.

Excellent communication and empathy skills

Strong customer service mindset

Curiosity and flexibility to adapt to a changing retail environment and align with business development strategies

Structured, organized, proactive
