Job summary

Woodcote Primary School, advertised via Teaching Vacancies, is expanding to open a third Enhanced Resource Base. The role supports children in C&I and SEMH ERBs, with a high adult-to-child ratio to ensure individual needs are met.

Team Teach strategies may be used, and Level 2 training will be provided. You will join a small, dedicated team of five, working closely with teachers and specialists to help children access an adapted curriculum and reach their full potential in a supportive school

Qualifications

• Dedicated, compassionate individuals to support children within the Communication & Interaction (C&I) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) ERBs.
• Experience supporting children in mainstream or specialist settings preferred.
• Willingness to use Team Teach strategies and participate in Level 2 training.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to implement personalised support strategies for children.
• Support access to an adapted curriculum and help children achieve their potential.
• Collaborate with class teachers and specialist staff to deliver targeted interventions.
