Working in a hybrid capacity, you’ll play a key role in providing expert Employee Relations support, partnering with leaders to manage a broad range of ER cases while driving positive colleague outcomes.

As an ER Specialist, you’ll provide practical advice and coaching on absence, conduct and performance matters, helping leaders navigate policies and processes with confidence. You’ll also identify trends within casework, support colleague retention initiatives and contribute to continuous improvements across the employee experience.
