Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve complex ER cases, ensuring legal compliance and adherence to public sector policies.
  • Provide hands-on support and leadership to the ER team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with ACAS, maintaining daily communication to navigate and resolve ER issues.
  • Collaborate with the executive team, offering strategic advice and support on all ER matters.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in an ER role within the public sector.
  • Extensive knowledge of ACAS guidelines and experience in liaising with ACAS.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a passion for employee relations.
  • Ability to work in London one day per week, with Tuesdays being the preferred HR day.
