The ideal candidate will manage disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues, as well as develop compliance policies. This is a 3-month fixed-term contract offering a salary of £49,000.

Reporting into the Director of People you will be responsible for leading on all employee relations matters and for leading a small team. Your key accountabilities will include:-
You should be an experienced Employee Relations Manager or ER Specialist with a track record of managing complex employee relations matters and developing compliant policies and procedures. Experience of working for a complex organisation needs to be combined with a proven ability to manage change projects including restructures and Tupe. Ideally you will have managed a small team.
