A leading health and beauty retailer based in London seeks an ER professional to manage administration and support the ER team. The role involves case management, data analytics, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. The ideal candidate will have experience in employee relations and a passion for achieving positive outcomes. This opportunity includes hybrid working options and extensive benefits.
You will be responsible for managing ER administration and supporting the ER Advisors with cases in in Retail, Beauty Services and Healthcare. Working as part of the ER team you'll provide support to ensure absence, disciplinary, performance and grievance matters are dealt with in a timely and proactive manner. You'll support the ER team with administration and reporting collating information to support with identifying training needs as well as identifying key trends and developing the right support materials to prevent issues re-occurring. You'll ensure all case administration meets the high standards ready for any future conciliation or tribunal. You will support the ER team with development of Policies and Procedures ensuring the administration, collation and communication is effective. You'll share and seek best practice within the ER team, and you'll feed back into the Employee Relations manager. You'll also proactively feed any themes or areas you've identified through your support of these cases to the ER Manager. You'll keep up to date with current employment legislation., Supporting the ER advisors and Managers to resolve employee relations enquiries Build strong relationships within the ER team and wider People teams, reinforcing the importance of the team's credibility Coordinate the tracking of cases and work alongside the team apprentice to ensure case management administration is efficient Become a hub for analysing data and generating reports which can be used to identify trends, opportunities and best practice Provide regular updates to the ER Manager and wider business on information collated Proactively support projects in ER, Retail and Healthcare including wellbeing initiatives and coordinate the administrative duties for these where appropriate Co-ordinate the process, scanning and storage of management files alongside the team apprentice Responsible for maintaining accurate records with support from the team Apprentice to keep case files up to the required standard Key Health and Safety Responsibilities Your duties as an employee are to: take reasonable care of the health and safety of yourself and of others who may be affected by what you do or do not do at work; cooperate with the employer on health and safety matters; ·not misuse any equipment that is provided for safety purposes (e.g. fire extinguishers or safety goggles); follow instructions from the employer on health and safety matters and attend relevant health and safety training; report hazards and defects observed in the workplace; and report any accident, injury or near miss in the workplace.
