  • Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to ensure fair, timely, and effective resolutions that support both employees and the wider business.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation, ensuring decisions are legally compliant and aligned with best practice.
  • Support leaders to handle people matters confidently and consistently as a trusted advisor.
