• Manage a varied caseload of employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance cases, appeals, probation reviews, performance management, and flexible working requests.
• Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to ensure fair, timely, and effective resolutions that support both employees and the wider business.
• Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation, ensuring decisions are legally compliant and aligned with best practice.
• Support leaders to handle people matters confidently and consistently as a trusted advisor.
