You will get to work on exciting and intellectually stimulating projects and with clients of all sizes, from a variety of different sectors. You will have access to leading technology to help your clients navigate rapidly evolving times. Learn for a lifetime and be recognised for the impact you make as you further your career, alongside some of the brightest minds in Tax & Law. Celebrate diverse perspectives in a team where everyone is encouraged to come as they are and pursue initiatives that support the communities we serve.

Within KPMG's Equity Reward team, we advise both privately owned, listed, UK and global clients and the advice we provide includes:

  • reviewing existing incentive plans to ensure they remain fit for purpose;
  • supporting clients on the ongoing operation of existing incentive plans (which can include tax, tax reporting and legal support); and
  • advising on the impact of any corporate transactions on existing or new incentive plans.

  • Our extensive KPMG global networks enable us to support clients who operate global share plans.

The successful applicant will want to be involved in business development activities, including client proposals, internal and external presentations and writing articles and alerts on technical and other matters.

The team is looking for individuals with experience of advising on the aspects of the tax and legal aspects of incentive arrangements to come into the team and work primarily on the design, implementation and tax advisory aspects of incentive arrangements, with the opportunity to work across other work streams within the team.

    - Proactive professionals who deliver a great service to their clients
    - Relationship builders who can spot and develop new opportunities both within the KPMG network and externally
    - Flexible people who are able to deal with a fluid, changing, work environment

Why you might want to join KPMG's Equity Reward practice:

However we do recognise that at a more senior level in the organisation, you may have a particular focus on either private or public company work and would welcome candidates with experience of either area to apply.

    - You want the opportunity to develop client relationships and KPMG's reward capabilities
    - You want to join a growing team that is expanding its offering to clients
    - You want to achieve a sustainable work-life balance

    Qualification and Skills:

    - Project/financial management, including the ability to plan and monitor deliverables, budget and timescales
    - Effective time management, able to act under own initiative and remain calm under pressure - Ability to lead and manage others and work across disciplines
    - Ability to identify and manage areas of risk within clients' business and know when to refer upwards
    - Strong communicator (both written and oral ) in a range of situations
