The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of client projects, including designing and structuring incentive plans, advising on tax and commercial impacts, supporting compliance, and business development activities. Roles and responsibilities
  • Supporting the client service team on Equity Reward workflows, including:
    • Designing and structuring new incentive plans considering tax, commercial, and accounting impacts.
    • Reviewing existing incentive plans for relevance and effectiveness.
    • Advising on tax and commercial impacts of corporate transactions on incentive plans.
    • Designing incentives for employees post-deal.
    • Supporting compliance and disclosure for share plans.
    • Engaging with clients through reports, analysis, and project management.
    • Collaborating with other teams to deliver integrated advice.
    • Delegating and reviewing work for junior team members.
    • Training and developing team members.
    • Innovating solutions and supporting knowledge management.
