We seek talented and driven Equity Reward specialists to join our team. You will work with a diverse range of clients, including privately owned businesses and listed companies. The role involves business development, including client proposals, presentations, and technical writing. We value personality fit and enthusiasm, offering opportunities to learn and grow.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support client projects related to Equity Reward workflows, including:
    • Designing and structuring incentive plans considering tax, commercial, and accounting impacts.
    • Reviewing existing incentive plans for relevance and effectiveness.
    • Advising on tax and commercial impacts of corporate transactions on incentive plans.
    • Designing incentives for employees, including share purchase plans.
    • Assisting with compliance and disclosure matters.
  • Engage with clients regularly, presenting reports and managing projects.
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide integrated advice.
  • Delegate and review work of junior team members, providing training and development.
  • Contribute to innovative solutions and market initiatives.
  • Support technical knowledge sharing within the team.
