Point72 is seeking an ambitious analyst to learn the Fundamental Equities investing process and support its PMs with detailed financial models and research. You will identify cross-sector themes, forecast company performance, and present actionable recommendations to portfolio managers.

You will conduct company and industry research, attend conferences, and build relationships with analysts and sales teams.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in equity research or related investing roles.
• Strong financial modeling and business analysis skills.
• Passion for public markets investing.
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards.

Responsabilidades

• Learn investing process and exchange insights; identify cross-sector themes.
• Build and refine detailed financial models, forecasts, and valuations of public companies.
• Conduct fundamental research on companies, industries and subsectors to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop and present investment recommendations directly to your PM.
• Attend conferences and industry events.
• Build relationships with sell-side analysts, salespeople, and research associates.
• Embody Point72’s commitment to ethics, professionalism, integrity, and excellence—especially in partnership with Compliance team.
• Analyze and incorporate macroeconomic and industry developments into your research.
• Utilize development and analytics resources to grow as an investor.
