Job summary

Synthires is seeking experienced Equity Research Analysts and Associates for a remote contractor role to advance AI-assisted equity research. You will evaluate AI-powered financial research tools, review published sell-side research, and provide expert insights to improve workflows.

The role requires sell-side experience, strong financial analysis, and exceptional written and verbal communication. Approximately 10 positions are available for this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Current or recent experience as a sell-side Equity Research Analyst or Associate.
• Experience publishing research reports, ratings, price targets, earnings notes, or coverage initiations.
• Strong financial analysis, analytical rigor, and industry expertise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate and synthesize information from multiple sources.
• Experience working with institutional clients and published sell-side research standards.
