The role offers exposure to Risk, Front Office, and cross-divisional projects, with emphasis on accuracy, communication, and teamwork. Candidates should bring SME-level knowledge of cash prime brokerage, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage client relationships and data

Qualifications

• Cash Prime Brokerage SME with strong knowledge of daily middle-office processes.
• Good understanding of operational risk and control environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities across stakeholders.
• Proactive team player with ability to influence without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Support Cash Prime Brokerage expansion by collaborating with project teams and trading desks.
• Serve PB clients daily as the main point of contact and resolve queries.
• Manage client portfolios and mitigate financial and reputational risk.
• Review client reports and drive efficiency, cost control, and quality.
• Onboard new clients and ensure data integrity in SSI loading.
• Coordinate with traders, Client Service, IT, MO, and Core Ops to resolve breaks.
• Maintain SOPs and participate in KRI and Front Office reviews.
• Grow knowledge across Equity segments and provide backup support.
